Jeanette Bennett

Jeanette Bennett is a mother of 5, wife of 1, and editor of a few dozen magazines. She earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from BYU in communications. Her career path has included being an instructor at BYU-Idaho, copy editor at the Deseret Morning News, writer for Utah Business Magazine, and founder of Bennett Communications. She and her husband began their publishing company in 2000 to create a way for her to work from home. Now they employ a staff of 15 and face nearly 40 deadlines every year for titles including Utah Valley Magazine, Utah Valley BusinessQ and Prosper Magazine. Her favorite interviews include Neon Trees, Larry King, Ann Romney, Gary and Jeanette Herbert, Donny Osmond, and Steve Young. Her hobbies include watching her kids play sports, running, visiting her native Idaho and following the stock market. She and her husband, Matt, have been married for 18 years and live in Cedar Hills.
